  • Strong technical background (advantageous)

Job Objectives:

  • Providing an in depth technical admin service to the Precision Manufacturing Department
  • Keeping a good relationship between Jendamark Automation and Suppliers
  • Processing of purchase request for materials and manufacturing of the machine shop
  • Assisting Machine shop Supervisor with Administrative tasks.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Handling of timesheets, overtime and leave forms
  • Pre-Approved overtime sign off
  • Keeping stock of all supplies ordered
  • Ordering of all stock
  • Following up on project status’s on JMS System
  • Keeping a good relationship between Jendamark Automation and Suppliers
  • Managing filing system
  • Stand in for coordination duties when capacity allows
  • Handling machine shop shift sheets
  • Drafting costing sheets
  • Freight handling for hardening parts as stand in for co-ordinator
  • Good house keeping.
