Hello…An exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard Life Solution area. We are looking to recruit Customer service consultant

Job Purpose
Interacting with policyholders through branch walk ins, written requests or telephonic enquiries ensuring appropriate customer service – These will be predominantly policy maintenance enquiries, indexing, claims enquiries and data capturing of new business within the branch. This is a customer orientated environment, we need to ensure all customers are treated with dignity, respect and the TCF principals are practiced.

Key Responsibilities
Index requirements, emails and any data being received from a policyholder.
Facilitate enquiries received from policyholders who walk into the branch, these can be policy, product and claim enquiries.
Responsible for processing requests received from policy holders, these include but not limited to cancellations, debit order updates, new policy documents.
Correctly capturing all sales onto the Line of Business System
Following up on claims as well as claim procedure knowledge
Required Knowledge and Experience
Life Insurance experience 4 years min
Life Insurance product knowledge: various policy wordings, business rules etc.
2 years call centre related experience (Inbound Customer Service Specifically)
General Business acumen
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent listening skills
