We are currently pursuing a KAM to support our African Sub-Sahara business and to strengthen our global sales team. In this role you will be responsible for the overall account management of one of our global key customers, you play a key part securing customer relation throughout the project life cycle and in optimizing account penetration. Primarily the KAM will market Polarium’s offerings of Reserve Power and Energy Optimization.

 


Responsibilities:

  • Commercial responsibility for client account
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control sales and customer program activities to meet set objectives
  • Maximize both present and long-term revenues and gross profits
  • Analyzing and qualifying opportunities
  • Constructively handle (or supervise the handling of) any customer complaints
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders
  • Be a key part of the Africa region leadership

 

Qualification and experience:

  • Experience in sales with complex technical products/solutions in the telecom power supply and/or battery field
  • A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in B2B sales with large account management of complex customers
  • Technical savvy in the field of telecom power and/or battery systems
  • University degree in tech, business, or relevant field
