    Company: EMRI- 102 & 108 Ambulance Services.

    Location: Open to work anywhere in UP.

    Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics Operations.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate Inspiring Leadership with high degree of self discipline, passion, ownership and commitment
    • Strategic orientation to lead the teams to exceed the performance matrix of all roles
    • Shall be motivating, polite and helpful in behaviour with employees and stakeholders
    • Ensuring effective functioning of EMEs, EMTs & Pilots and their as per their JD
    • Service the maximum emergencies occurring in the districts through efficient resource planning & awareness.
    • Explore opportunity for External Trainings like FR, ALS, BLS etc
    • Visit of Ambulances in Hospitals and Locations as per the tour plan approved
    • Tracking EME-wise Performance and submit periodic reports
    • Visit accident sites and arrange to report to HO
    • Help EMEs to plan their Ambulance Visits and approve the plan
    • Help EMEs to plan, secure and optimal utilization of Manpower and Resources
    • Problem solving and trouble shooting in the Districts
    • Aligning the district operations to the strategic planning suggested by the RM.
    • Monitoring and controlling the operations cost in terms of Optimum use of all resources.
    • Strategic positioning of vehicles ensuring optimal coverage of the geography. This includes suggesting Hot Spots aiming at reducing the response time.
    • Monitoring Vehicle Busy, failed Transport (UAD), SNR and other performance Parameters of all Districts and ensure that they are well within planned norms
    • Sharing Action Taken Reports on Compliance, Contractual Measures with Analytics, Finance, HR, CEO and Analysis there from, besides the action plan for the forthcoming day, week, month.
    • Media interaction with regard to operations in the districts. Ensuring coverage of good cases handled by Ambulances and other press notes as shared by IEC team
    • Conducts district level review meetings with EMEs and conducting staff meeting once every month.
    • Custodian of GVK EMRI & 108 brands for the district.
    • Develops comprehensive awareness building plan for the district including Demonstrations, Contact programs & other IEC activities.
    • Induct, groom, motivate, Counsel, guide and mentor the team members as per need.
    • Liaison with Govt Authorities for their support and information sharing
    • Should interface with necessary Support functions (FLCBs) in State head office for facilitating the smooth execution of operations.
    • Representing the districts in all the relevant review meetings.
    • Handling people related issues like, validating EMCare & other R&R nominations, Disciplinary issues, Over Time arrangements,
    • Handling caller concern closures with due reporting and documentation

    Real Time Information Escalation:

    • Accidents, Incidents of rioting, damage or loss of property, major road block
    • Prompt escalation of Negative media coverage or feedback of stakeholders for improving service
    • Any act of extra ordinary honesty or service beyond the call normal duty of an employees
    • Immediate reporting of Gross Indiscipline of employees or any unethical practice or anti- organizational activities found
    • Maintenance expenses which are not minor in nature need to be escalated for approval before
    • Proceeding for work.
    • Presence/ visits of media, VIP or any important Stake holders in the ambulance location
    • Breach of safety for our associates
