Requirements

  • Relevant BCom Degree with Accountancy as subject

  • Proficient in the MS Office package with the ability to work with MS Excel on an advanced level
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Navision/Business Central will serve as recommendation

  • Alignment of the financial systems of the VKB Agri-Processors Group to ensure consistency of data procedures and controls
  • Implementation and documentation of procedures and controls within the financial function
  • Developing procedures and controls to ensure that data inputs are accurate and complete
  • Investigation of deviations
  • Develop and implement financial controls to limit losses.
  • Fault finding on financial reports, reconciliations and statements.
  • Solving possible errors that was picked up during fault-finding.
  • Identification of possible risks and managing it to limit financial losses.
  • Identification of possible opportunities to optimise financial processes and gains.
  • Continuous evaluation of business practices
  • Ledger- and management information system maintenance
  • Costing and cost analysis
