Operational processing for Africa markets, aligned with SLA’s

Corporate event monitoring (equities, bond, warranties)

Report on anomalies

Ensure the FX booking is in line with the market

Daily reconciliation of cash and suspense accounts

Improve STP rates for the market

Create risk awareness

Due diligence

Inform clients of failed trades

Draft non-settled reports

Ensure smooth process between Swift support and Hub team

Cash account management

Security/asset reconciliation

Resolve client queries in a timeous manner

Accurate billing management

Foreign exchange transaction processing

Review of risk management framework

Review of control reports

SLA administration

Ensure clients adhere to the Safety custody agreements

Budget compliance

SSI setup and CSD reconciliation

Assist with the drafting of training manuals

Attending training / workshops

5 – 7 years’ operational support experience
