Working as part of a small team within Sales Operations, you’ll be accountable for providing full assistance to commercial partners and the Sales Management team within the UK, South African and European market sectors, by delivering an exceptional customer-focussed service. You’ll work closely with your counterparts in our Global Sales Support teams, JV and other airlines to ensure a seamless service for our mutual customers.

Day to day

  • Responding promptly to all account queries both internally and externally, by phone and email
  • You will provide daily support to the UK, South African and European Corporate and Travel Agency customer base.
  • Liaising with various internal departments, Sales Managers and the Leadership Team to ensure a first contact resolution.
  • Apply experience and customer knowledge to achieve the best outcome for both the Corporate client, Travel Agency and VAA.
  • Supporting the Sales team with varying administrational duties. Managing a number of sales-related tasks simultaneously, for example co-ordinating familiarisation trips and events.
  • Monitoring relevant communications, both internal and external, and implementing necessary actions.
  • Attending and contributing to regular sales meetings and feedback to colleagues.
  • You will work closely with Sales Managers to gain understanding of the strategy and focus of their accounts to adapt approach accordingly.
  • Establish and developing relationships with varying levels of clientele. You will positively position the VAA Sales Team to promote accessible, efficient and experienced service at all times.
