Full Details For Client Service Officer Jobs

To provide world-class customer service to all internal and external clients.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  • Grade 12

 

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 2 years client service experience or related experience within a manufacturing environment.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Assist with monthly stock control including stock-taking and stock loading.
  • Capture and process month-end stock.
  • Capture orders on ERP, create quotations and send to client for payments/price validation.
  • Process invoices and reconcile them against the gate sheet.
  • Process cash sales, recon and capture it on the control sheet.
  • Verify credit notes and claims/goods returned.
  • Ensure accurate filing of all delivery notes and gate sheets.
  • Schedule bulk products for production.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety rules.
  • Build and maintain sound relationships with internal and external clients and ensure that client queries and complaints are resolved timeously.
