A large, well established air conditioner wholesaler and exporter based in Cornubia (Durban) is looking to employ a Client Service / Administration / Spares Sales person.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • National spares sales.
  • Ordering.
  • Invoicing.
  • Returns.
  • High level of communication with customers, suppliers and co workers.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Speedy response to customer queries.
  • Must have the ability to service a broad customer base.
  • Monitor inventory countrywide.
  • Weekly cycle counts on routine basis and stock takes every quarter.
  • Inspect goods.
  • Arrange collections and follow up on delivery with couriers.
  • Work together with warehouse to ensure parts availability, exchanges and warranty parts procedures are adhered to.
