Position Overview:

AJC is looking for an energetic and dynamic Office

Services representative to join

our team in Cape Town. The Office Services Representative is

responsible for executing administrative, clerical and support duties in a

fast-paced, fun environment. The ideal candidate would be a multi-lingual

person interested in starting an exciting career with an international,

people-focused company.

Scope of Responsibility:

Greet and direct all AJC visitors.

Receive, filter, and forward external phone calls, email.

Organize & file mail.

Purchase & Manage office supplies.

Providing general and administrative support for the Utrecht

office.

Create, track, mail and receive courier packages.

Manage conference room schedule and meeting rooms.

Assist with travel and corporate events: flight bookings,

transportation, meetings, and hotel accommodations.

Coordinate maintenance and repair of office and office equipment.

Assist with local events and employee parties.

Generate operational reports as requested.

Essential Skills:

Friendly, customer service-focused.

Strong written and oral communication skills.
