ob Purpose

  • The purpose of the Frontline Clerk – Aftersales and Quality Control is to be responsible for customer returns and Quality Control on Returns
  • Keeping track Record on all returns for Quality check and the outcome and to be shared with Aftersales Manager upon request.
  • Movement of Stock to relevant area.
  • Communicating accordingly with customers

 

Job Objectives and functions

 

Aftersales

  • Coordinating the customer returns operation to ensure clients are attended to appropriately according to established customer service standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.

 

Returns and Refurbishment of stock

  • Receive report on which orders need to be cancelled and returned to the warehouse stock
  • Oversee first line quality checks of unpacked stock to determine if it is in line with company standards
  • If stock meets required standards, update system accordingly and allocate to the Warehouse Agent that stock be moved to inventory to be binned into location

 

QC Query resolution

  • Receive query from quality control department and investigate stock quality issue

Reporting

  • Create and keep record of QC Report on all returns for Quality Checks and the outcome of it.

 

Health & Safety

  • Ensure that health and safety policies are adhered to

 

Housekeeping

  • Accountable for practicing basic housekeeping principles to ensure that workstations are tidy
