ICT SECURITY DEPARTMENT
Ref No: FSCA 841

Purpose of the Job:

To provide administration support of the Identity Governance and Access Management solution. This role will
have hands-on engineering and operational responsibilities supporting MicroFocus NetIQ IAM and associated
processes. The candidate will be self-motivated, detailed orientated performer who wants to be part of growing
FSCA IAM program.

Requirements:

A national diploma or degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology, relevant certification.
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position.

Key Performance Areas:

IAM administration:
• Incident management

  • First level support for user enquiries
  • User and role provisioning
  • Maintenance of access controls across systems
  • Enforcing IAM governance processes and controls
  • Assist in the identification of IAM related risks & issues
  • Assist in the development of additional IAM controls and procedures
  • Assist with resolution of audit findings
  • IAM reporting

Other Key Competencies:

  • Experience or knowledge on Principles of Least Privilege advantageous
  • Experience or knowledge on ‘Segregation of duties’ an added advantage
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize objectives with overlapping time constraints
  • The ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Strong planning skills and process driven
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills
