Hollywoodbets has exciting opportunities for Customer Service Consultants to join our team which is based in our Umhlanga office in Durban. The Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for providing our Customers with a world class experience which will take our business to the next level.
In order to ensure we select only the best to service our Customers, we are looking for candidates with a Customer Centric Attitude who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure our Customers are well looked after.

  • School leavers are welcome.
  • Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a world class customer experience to Hollywoodbets customers
  • Team members log on at least 10 minutes prior to the startup of a shift.
  • Knowledgeable on betting information – training will be provided.
  • Authenticates the account holder and provides up to date bet information to account holders.
  • Answer any customer questions regarding possible problems with their accounts.
  • Markets the brand, builds and establishes rapport with the customer.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets.
  • Maintain an acceptable standard of quality assurance scores for personal portfolio.
  • Lodging of complaints – Ensures swift feedback is given to the customer, information is gathered from the Punter and the system and this is escalated to the Supervisor for resolution and feedback.
  • Comply with company and department policies, procedures and standard operating procedures, not limited to the Values and Culture of Hollywoodbets.
  • Ensure communications is at a level that maintains the company brand/image and does not expose the company to reputational risk.
  • Any other ad hoc duties that might be required.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to trouble-shoot.
  • Professional email and telephonic etiquette.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft office.
  • Good data entry and typing skills.
