  • Executing the trade marketing plan across the region.
  • Driving brand awareness across various categories and products inside the retail stores.
  • Attending and presenting at trade shows and events for business.
  • Coordinating the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content.
  • Reporting on data and industry trends.
  • Creating trade marketing plans for individual products and product ranges.
  • Providing a strong lease with Marketing Segment Leads on priorities and needs.
  • Defining Retailer channel progress/ co-marketing needs.
  • Driving co-marketing planning process and reviews.
  • Leading demo days project – budget deployment, ROI and compliance.
  • Coordinating store staff training and deploying sales training materials in the region.
  • Providing alignment with an online team for online channel strategy.
  • Managing Brand Stores deployment in the region.
  • Organizing retailer events-planning/logistics.

  • Previous experience working as a trade marketing ideally within a related category.
  • Strong commercial outlook and an ability to drive revenue growth through instore marketing.
  • Highly motivated and passionate about trade marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/ trade marketing.
  • Measurement and analytically-oriented.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English
