The job of Marketing Operations Team Lead is to manage a team of Social Media Executive and Web and Email Marketing Editor, as well as develop creative digital or video assets to support the retail marketing teams in (IG Bank) and UAE (IG) and and B2B marketing team (IG Prime) based in London in delivering high-impact marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, bolster consideration and drive conversion. Essential:
    • Degree in relevant fields: marketing management, digital design, digital marketing
    • At least 5 year-experience in the developing static and motion assets, development of videos
    • At least 2 year-experience in management
    • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
    • Experience in building videos
    • Experience in working with remote teams
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with different teams and external partners
    • Organised, able to handle deadlines, multi-tasking, problem solving
    • Delivering high quality execution standards
    • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
