Accountable from start to finish on all tasks or any parts of the project assigned to you; have a proactive approach to tasks and projects

Ensure managers, project leads, colleagues and clients are always kept informed and up-to-date
Ensure timesheets are completed on time and accurately at the end of each day
Ensure cost estimates are checked before being sent to client, approved before work is commenced, and billed (accurately) as soon as approved
Ensure project histories and archives (Chase, server, status reports etc.) are kept up-to-date and accurate
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
A tertiary qualification in either Business/Communications or Marketing Management
Minimum 3 years working experience as a Project Lead or an Account Manager in an Advertising Agency
Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.)
Experience in working on Chase
Experience in (or knowledge of) WorkBook will be advantageous
ATL/TTL experience is essential
Well-versed in Digital
A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
Strong administration and time management skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong multi-tasking skills
