Manage private nursing patients and wound care at home
Managing of doctor’s account and pathology enquiries.
Handling telephonic enquiries and document relevant phone calls.Grade 12.
A completed qualification as an Enrolled nurse and must be registered with SANC.
Two (2) years’ experience in Managed Healthcare.
Experience in doctor’s billing practices and pathology coding application.Must possesses knowledge of the following:
ICD-10 & CPT coding;
Medihelp medical scheme’s rules;
ERP;
CAM
Computer literate in MS Office.Must possesses the following skills:
Good verbal and written English communication skills as well as proficiency in understanding Afrikaans spoken and written communication.
Teamwork;
Negotiation skills;
Handle conflict situations.
