NPO/NGO Fundraiser
Location: Fourways

Job Description:
Our client is a leading mobile healthcare provider and they are searching for a Senior and a Junior Fundraiser to join their head office team in Fourways. The incumbents will be responsible for raising funds and selling the services of the NPO/NGO to a database, as well as sourcing new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling health care services to corporate clients, transport companies, etc
  • Turn a call into a sales conversion
  • Following up on leads and driving new business
  • Sales proposals and follow ups
  • Managing the sales cycle from start to finish
  • Managing stakeholders and working closely with the CEO
  • Senior fundraiser to be able to run the team of juniors

Job Requirements:

  • Junior Min 3 – 5 years experience in fundraising for a NGO/NOP (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
  • Senior Min 8 – 10 years experience in fundraising for a NGO/NOP (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
  • Exp working with local and international funders
  • Knowledge of SED and ED Funding space
  • Background from health or education (A MUST)
  • Proven track record of being able to raise 15m upwards (senior) and up to 5m upwards (junior)
  • Have their own database preferably
  • Attributes – dedicated, focused and peoples person

Salary: basic and commission based on experience
