What will you do?

Up for a new challenge and feel you can make a difference? The Claims Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual as an Assessing Manager to oversee effective operations, vehicle assessments and repairs for Personal and Business Insurance related claims.

Minimum Experience

•    Proven track record with a minimum of 7 years Assessing Team manager experience
•    Solid understanding of claims procedures/processes and administration, vehicle assessment, as well as call centre management

Minimum Qualification Required

•    Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4  
•    Management qualification NQF Level 5 or higher (management studies)
•    Qualified Motor Assessor for minimum 5 years
•    Professional VDQ member

Deliverables include, but will not be limited to

•    Sound knowledge of Motor Vehicle Assessments and repairs
•    Sound knowledge of operations, systems and procedures pertaining to the Assessing Department
•    Redefining processes and procedures to optimize efficiencies within the Assessing Department
•    Managing average repair costs  
•    Ensure efficient service quality standards to clients, brokers and third parties
•    Reporting and Administration
•    Quality, compliance and accreditation
•    Ability to apply Business Rules and Processes
•    Services Knowledge
