Full Details For HR Systems and Talent Specialist Jobs

Purpose of the Role:

The incumbent will support, monitor and continuously evaluate the execution of the Group’s annual HR processes and projects related to Talent Management and its auxiliary activities, in line with divisional and company objectives.


Key performance Areas:

  • HR Systems specialist for the HR input system, driving data capturing, consistency and processes specifically around the Talent Management processes within the Group
  • Ensuring the timeous and appropriate application and achievement of the above HR process through thorough planning and monitoring; whilst utilising the HR system effectively
  • Work closely with the super-users within the group, to ensure full alignment of changes affecting HR workflows, with regard to:
    • Performance Management
    • Job Profiling
    • Job Grading
    • Succession Planning
  • Assist with and resolve HR Systems users’ issues using appropriate support networks
  • Assist with the training and implementation of relevant system functionality or modules
  • Provide support to the HR team and the business on all system-related experience related to the above processes
  • Manage all system updates in close liaison with all stakeholders including IT, HR, project team/s, users, employees, and managers.
  • Support HR projects through the system in line with the HR Business Strategy
  • Provide support on HR administration auditing and processes if/where required.


Candidate Requirements / Experience :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information systems/Project Management or equivalent is essential
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with HR information systems and respective business processes, notifications and workflows is essential
  • Experience in testing and quality assurance of system implementation
  • Experience with diverse resource environment and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with all staff levels
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly; Dynamic presentation skills
  • Excellent communicator, with both verbal and written communication skills
  • An organised individual with the ability to plan and prioritise
  • Good project management skills; Strategic and analytic mindset
  • Must be deadline and target driven with good time management
  • Highly computer literate
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt well to change
