RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Grow and manage the partnership and distributor network internationally
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve growth targets
  • Create and communicate growth goals on a monthly basis and ensure executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
  • Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for the partners and regions
  • Ensure partners and distributors achieve their targets
  • Partner and customer portfolio management
  • Manage Hubspot CRM driven workflows and reporting
  • Evolve presentation, training and brochure collateral in conjunction with Marketing
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with partners and distributors while partnering with them to better understand their objectives and needs.
  • Understand industry-specific trends, and identify key markets and opportunities.
  • Collaborate within the business
  • Facilitate on-boarding and repeat training and quality certification of distributors for both sales and technical on-boarding and install as per company specifications
  • Ensure partners effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure Partner and Distributor growth KPI’s and targets are aligned to the Group’s overall strategy and targets.
  • Maximize new partner and distributor development opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:
