Strategic Planning of built environment projects, from inception to completion, including prioritisation methods. Contract- and Project management in an infrastructure maintenance environment. Management of maintenance of building and civil engineering infrastructure, including design, scoping, procurement, and implementation. Investigate the feasibility of projects, products and systems with emphasis on maintenance and life cycle costing.
