Our Customer Service team is a busy department who handle a high volumes of calls and solve a wide range of queries from our Customers and Transport Partners based in the UK and Europe. The Interview process and what to expect
If your application is successful you will be asked to answer a few easy questions to help you bring your skills and experience to life using a one way video link. This should take you approximately 15-20 mins and can be completed in your own time at a time that suits you
If you are successfully progressed to the next stage, we will ask you to complete 3 simple exercises involving a role play and a numerical and written exercise based on scenarios your are likely to face in the role. This will take approximately 1.5 hours and can be facilitated online or in our offices.
Final stage will be to invite you in to the office for a face to face interview and to meet the team so that you can get a feel for the role first hand and make sure AnyVan is right for you too! This will take approximately 1 hour.
All applicants must be currently located in and fully eligible to work in South Africa and able to commute regularly to and be based from our offices in the Central Business District in Cape Town.

We support flexible and hybrid working wherever possible but some roles remain fully office based. Please note – Operational roles in our Contact Centre in Cape Town are fully office based. Where we can support it, typical working patterns would be 3 days in the office 2 days from home. However, we appreciate everyone’s situation is unique and are open to conversations around the working patterns.
