You will help deliver breaking and planned news coverage to more than 1,000 broadcasters and hundreds of digital outlets around the world. You will be part of an energetic multimedia team and work closely with video, text and still photo counterparts in Southern, West, East and Central Africa. You will have outstanding news judgement and will be confident handling breaking news as well as pitching stories that go beyond the headlines. You will also be able to shoot video and photos, edit and write to very tight deadlines. This is a full-time role that demands flexibility to work long hours and some weekends and will report to the Senior Producer for Sub-Saharan Africa.
