Job details

1.    Department Management

·       Be responsible for the overall business of the channels, including TV/AV/HA, and be responsible for the sales results and financial indicators (KPI);

·       Insight into industry trends and information, analyse industry development trends, collect, sort out and analyse market trends of mainstream enterprises in relevant fields, find new hot spots, new products and new models, regularly output competitive product analysis and industry research reports, and actively plan local product lines and pricing strategies;

·       Driving for sustainable profitable growth in the division and ensuring that this strategy was communicated and that finance, marketing, supply chain, product teams and service team were aligned to this direction;

·       Manage the development of Brand and product to reach target requirements / Managing the goods in line with Company, Customer and Channels requirements;

·       Drive the engagement with Mass Merchandisers (Game, Makro, JD Group, Pick N Pay),Furniture channels  at both directors level and middle management level to ensure collaborative beneficial partnerships were developed that allowed for both businesses to achieve their targets and KPI’s;

·       Monitor SOH and sell out Data from both Channels and Retailer / Plan and obtain forecast with Channels in line with target / Providing weekly reporting of revenue forecasts and sell-out and to take proactive action to ensure channel inventory is maintained at practical level;

·       Monitor Payments and resolve account disputes;

·       Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills;

·       First point of contact to Channels for all queries.

·       Conduct competitive analysis studies on competitors;

·       Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential;

·       Other tasks assigned by the senior.
