We are now seeking to hire a Client Relationship Manager. The key objective of the role is to lead on all aspects of SEI service delivery to clients as primary contact and client advocate within SEI

What you will do:
› Provide support to institutional clients. Full ownership and delivery of quarterly investment report back presentations to clients
› Support and assist the sales process by providing input into Requests for Proposal (RFPs), contribute to development of presentation materials and present in person to trustee board / CEO level
› Report back on client’s success in achieving investment objectives on a regular basis. This includes discussing of positioning and performance
› Work collaboratively with colleagues internally and with clients as appropriate to deliver emerging investment opportunities
› Represent SEI through participation in roundtable events, seminars, conferences and develop thought leadership in areas of strategic interest to Institutional investors
› Interact positively with other areas of Institutional and the wider business to enable client feedback and needs to be known and addressed
› Use your excellent communication and technical skills and think outside the box to find solutions for our clients

What we need from you:
› Demonstrable experience within the financial services industry (investment consulting, fund management, or asset management) including experience of investment report backs to clients
› Technical knowledge of Investments, encompassing knowledge of performance and positioning of funds
› Good presentation and client influencing skills
› Ability to find innovative solutions working as a member of the team and working autonomously
